Exceptions
for "flat rate" shipping: Additional fees may apply
for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and any Military address ~ including
APO, FPO, etc. Orders to these locations require shipment via US Postal
Service instead of our normal service through UPS. Depending on the final
weight of the package (based on total number of favors ordered), postage
may be considerably more than basic shipping charges.
Q.
How long does it take to get an order?
A. Orders normally take about 4-5 business days
to work through our system and be ready to ship. Weekends and holidays
do not count as business days. Once an order is complete, shipping can
take an additional 1-5 business days depending on how far the delivery
has to go from our facility in Indiana.
Q.
I placed an order online, but changed my mind, can I cancel it?
A. You may cancel your order and receive a full
refund at any time BEFORE the order ships. Once an order has shipped,
it is "closed" and cannot be cancelled.
Q.
I received my baby soaps, but now I don't need them. Can I return them
and get my money back?
A. You can return unneeded baby soaps if certain requirements are met.
First and foremost, contact us right away! You will need authorization
(i.e. return authorization number, correct shipping address, etc.) prior
to shipping anything back to us. We can be reached by phone at 1-888-658-7627,

** Important note ** we do NOT issue refunds on returned merchandise.
You will be issued a "store credit" redeemable at any website
owned and operated by TAB Enterprises (see www.tabenterprises.com).
All return requests must be received by phone or email within 5 days from
the day your order was delivered, and merchandise must be returned to
our facility within 10 days from the date your order was originally delivered.
Re-stocking fees may apply to returned merchandise. Personalized items
are not returnable.
